Die folgende Datenschutzerklärung dient dazu, die Grundsätze darzustellen, nach denen MokronosLab sp. z o.o. mit Sitz in Mokronos Górny (im Folgenden gemeinsam „MokronosLab“ oder „das Unternehmen“) personenbezogene Daten verarbeitet.

1. Was sind personenbezogene Daten und was bedeutet deren Verarbeitung?

Personenbezogene Daten sind Informationen über eine identifizierte oder identifizierbare natürliche Person. Die Verarbeitung personenbezogener Daten ist grundsätzlich jede Tätigkeit an personenbezogenen Daten, unabhängig davon, ob sie automatisiert oder manuell erfolgt, z. B. Sammlung, Speicherung, Aufzeichnung, Ordnung, Änderung, Einsicht, Nutzung, Weitergabe, Einschränkung, Löschung oder Vernichtung. MokronosLab verarbeitet personenbezogene Daten zu verschiedenen Zwecken, wobei je nach Zweck unterschiedliche Erfassungsmethoden, Rechtsgrundlagen, Nutzung, Offenlegung und Aufbewahrungsfristen gelten können.

2. Wann gilt diese Datenschutzerklärung?

Diese Datenschutzerklärung gilt in allen Fällen, in denen MokronosLab der Verantwortliche für personenbezogene Daten ist und personenbezogene Daten verarbeitet. Dies gilt sowohl für Fälle, in denen MokronosLab personenbezogene Daten direkt von der betroffenen Person erhält, als auch für Fälle, in denen die Daten aus anderen Quellen stammen. MokronosLab erfüllt seine Informationspflichten in beiden Fällen.

3. Wer ist der Verantwortliche?

Verantwortlicher im Sinne der DSGVO in Bezug auf personenbezogene Daten ist: MokronosLab sp. z o. o. (KRS-Nr. 0000996894), mit Sitz in al. Jodłowa 20, 55-080 Mokronos Górny, Polen. Verantwortlicher zu sein bedeutet, dass MokronosLab die Zwecke und Mittel der Verarbeitung personenbezogener Daten eigenständig und unter eigener Verantwortung festlegt. MokronosLab hat keinen Datenschutzbeauftragten beauftragt, da hierfür nach Art. 37 DSGVO keine gesetzliche Verpflichtung besteht. Ansprechpartner in Datenschutzangelegenheiten ist über die oben genannte E-Mail-Adresse zu erreichen.

4. Rechtmäßigkeit und Transparenz

MokronosLab verarbeitet personenbezogene Daten gesetzeskonform, unter Einhaltung der Bestimmungen der Verordnung (EU) des Europäischen Parlaments und des Rates vom 27. April 2016 zum Schutz natürlicher Personen bei der Verarbeitung personenbezogener Daten und zum freien Datenverkehr sowie zur Aufhebung der Richtlinie 95/46/EG (im Folgenden „DSGVO“) und des Gesetzes vom 10.05.2018 zum Schutz personenbezogener Daten sowie deren Durchführungsbestimmungen. Um die Transparenz personenbezogener Daten sicherzustellen, informiert MokronosLab die Betroffenen über die Regeln zur Verarbeitung ihrer personenbezogenen Daten.

5. Sicherheit

Zum Schutz personenbezogener Daten setzt MokronosLab geeignete Schutzmaßnahmen und technische Vorkehrungen ein, insbesondere:

  • Schutz vor rechtswidriger Verarbeitung personenbezogener Daten;
  • Sicherung personenbezogener Daten gegen unbefugten Zugriff;
  • Schutz personenbezogener Daten vor Verlust (Gewährleistung der Datenintegrität);
  • Gewährung des Zugriffs auf persönliche Datenbanken nur für autorisierte Personen und nur im Umfang, der den ordnungsgemäßen Betrieb des Unternehmens und die Einhaltung der Datenschutzbestimmungen sicherstellt.



6. Zwecke der Datenverarbeitung bestimmter Personenkategorien

MokronosLab verarbeitet personenbezogene Daten, um den Betrieb des Unternehmens aufrechtzuerhalten und weiterzuentwickeln. MokronosLab kann personenbezogene Daten verarbeiten:

  • Mitarbeiter und Partner – zur Erfüllung mit ihnen geschlossener Verträge, zur Durchführung der Unternehmensaktivitäten, einschließlich der Bereitstellung von Dienstleistungen für Kunden, sowie zur Erfüllung gesetzlicher Verpflichtungen.
  • Kandidaten im Rekrutierungsprozess – um Mitarbeiter und Partner zu gewinnen und Dienstleistungen für Kunden anzubieten.
  • Kunden, deren Vertreter und Mitarbeiter – zur Erfüllung mit Kunden geschlossener Verträge.
  • Potenzielle Kunden, deren Vertreter – zum Abschluss von Verträgen und Angebot von Dienstleistungen der MokronosLab.
  • Teilnehmer an organisierten Veranstaltungen – um die Durchführung von Trainings, Vorträgen, Kongressen usw. zu ermöglichen.
  • Personen, die MokronosLab kontaktieren – zur Aufrechterhaltung der Kontaktmöglichkeiten.
  • Nutzer der MokronosLab-Websites (unter Verwendung von Cookies) – zur Verbesserung und Anpassung der bereitgestellten Inhalte.
  • Whistleblower – zur Analyse von gemeldeten Vorfällen, Einleitung geeigneter Maßnahmen und Beantwortung der Meldungen.



7. Umfang und Rechtsgrundlage der Verarbeitung personenbezogener Daten einzelner Personenkategorien, Speicherdauer

7a. Personenbezogene Daten von Mitarbeitern und Partnern

MokronosLab verarbeitet personenbezogene Daten von Mitarbeitern und Partnern, um mit diesen Personen verbindliche Verträge umzusetzen, berechtigte Interessen des Verantwortlichen zu verfolgen und gesetzliche Verpflichtungen zu erfüllen. Detaillierte Informationen zur Verarbeitung personenbezogener Daten des MokronosLab-Personals sind im internen Speicher von MokronosLab verfügbar.

7b. Personenbezogene Daten von Kandidaten im Rekrutierungsprozess

MokronosLab verarbeitet personenbezogene Daten von Kandidaten im Rekrutierungsprozess, um die Zusammenarbeit mit diesen Personen herzustellen und sie Kunden und potenziellen Kunden vorzustellen. Die Verarbeitung, einschließlich der Weitergabe an Kunden und potenzielle Kunden, basiert auf der Zustimmung des Kandidaten (Art. 6 Abs. 1 a DSGVO). Verarbeitet werden Name, Vorname, Adresse, Kontaktdaten, Ausbildung, beruflicher Werdegang, fachliche Kompetenzen sowie weitere Angaben aus Lebenslauf oder Dokumenten. Die Bereitstellung der Daten ist freiwillig. Die Daten werden bis zu 6 Monate nach Abschluss des Bewerbungsverfahrens gespeichert, es sei denn, der Bewerber willigt in eine längere Speicherung ausdrücklich ein.

7c. Personenbezogene Daten von Kunden, deren Vertretern und Mitarbeitern

MokronosLab verarbeitet personenbezogene Daten von natürlichen Kunden sowie deren Vertretern und Mitarbeitern zur Vertragserfüllung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 b DSGVO) sowie aus berechtigtem Interesse (Art. 6 Abs. 1 f DSGVO). Verarbeitet werden Name, Kontaktdaten, Daten über die Teilnahme an der Zusammenarbeit mit MokronosLab. Die Daten werden während der Zusammenarbeit und der Verjährungsfrist möglicher Ansprüche gespeichert.

7d. Personenbezogene Daten potenzieller Kunden und deren Vertreter

MokronosLab verarbeitet Daten potenzieller Kunden, um Verträge abzuschließen. Verarbeitet werden Name, Kontaktdaten. Rechtsgrundlage: Vertragserfüllung auf Anfrage der betroffenen Person (Art. 6 Abs. 1 b DSGVO) oder Einwilligung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 a DSGVO). Die Daten werden bis zum Widerruf der Einwilligung oder bis zum Abschluss der Vertragsverhandlungen gespeichert.

7e. Personenbezogene Daten von Veranstaltungsteilnehmern

MokronosLab verarbeitet Daten von Teilnehmern externer Veranstaltungen (Trainings, Wettbewerbe, Kongresse). Grundlage ist die Einwilligung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 a DSGVO). Verarbeitet werden Name, Kontaktdaten und ggf. weitere veranstaltungsbezogene Angaben. Speicherung bis zum Widerruf oder Veranstaltungsende inklusive Verjährungsfristen.

7f. Personenbezogene Daten von Kontaktpersonen

MokronosLab verarbeitet Daten von Personen, die über Kontaktformulare, E-Mail oder andere Korrespondenz Kontakt aufnehmen. Rechtsgrundlage: Einwilligung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 a DSGVO) bzw. berechtigtes Interesse (Art. 6 Abs. 1 f DSGVO) zur Rechtsverteidigung. Speicherung bis Widerruf oder Ablauf der Verjährungsfristen.

7g. Personenbezogene Daten von Hinweisgebern

MokronosLab verarbeitet personenbezogene Daten von Hinweisgebern, die Verstöße oder Missstände melden, um die Situation zu analysieren, geeignete Maßnahmen zu ergreifen und die Meldung zu beantworten. Verarbeitet werden: E-Mail, Telefonnummer, Titel, Beschreibung der Meldung und weitere übermittelte Daten. Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 c DSGVO, Hinweisgeberschutzgesetz. Speicherung gemäß gesetzlicher Vorgaben bzw. bis Ablauf der Verjährungsfristen. Zugriff: Compliance & Cybersecurity Manager, HR-Leiter, Administratoren der Mailbox (nur technischer Zugriff, kein Einsehen der Inhalte).

7h. Personenbezogene Daten über Kontaktformulare

Die Daten, die Sie über das Kontaktformular auf dieser Website eingeben, werden direkt von MokronosLab sp. z o.o. verarbeitet und gespeichert. Die Verarbeitung erfolgt auf Servern des Hosting-Anbieters [Hostido], die lediglich Infrastruktur bereitstellen. Zweck der Verarbeitung: Empfang und Beantwortung Ihrer Anfragen. Rechtsgrundlage: Einwilligung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO) durch Ankreuzen vor Absenden des Formulars. Speicherung: bis zur Erfüllung des Zwecks oder auf Anfrage zur Löschung. Zugriff auf diese Daten haben nur autorisierte Personen innerhalb von MokronosLab. Betroffene Personen können jederzeit ihre Rechte auf Zugriff, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung oder Widerruf der Einwilligung über hello@shorelion.com ausüben.

8. Informationspflichten

MokronosLab erfüllt Informationspflichten sowohl bei direkten als auch indirekten Datenbezug. Direkter Bezug: Informationen während Datenerhebung. Indirekter Bezug: ohne Verzögerung, spätestens innerhalb eines Monats nach Erhalt.

9. Rechte der Betroffenen

Die Betroffenen haben das Recht auf:

  • Einsicht und Berichtigung der Daten;
  • Löschung (außer steuer- oder gesetzlich verpflichtend);
  • Einschränkung der Verarbeitung;
  • Widerspruch aus besonderen Gründen;
  • Datenübertragbarkeit.
Rechte werden per E-Mail an die unter Punkt 3 angegebene Adresse ausgeübt.

Zusätzlich zu den genannten Rechten haben Betroffene das Recht, eine Beschwerde bei der zuständigen Aufsichtsbehörde in Deutschland einzureichen. Kontakt:

Betroffene Personen haben das Recht auf Auskunft über die Dauer der Speicherung ihrer personenbezogenen Daten. Personenbezogene Daten werden so lange gespeichert, wie dies nach polnischem Arbeits- oder Steuerrecht erforderlich ist, z. B. nach den Vorschriften über die Aufbewahrung von Steuerunterlagen (5 Jahre) oder von Personalakten (10 Jahre). Nach Ablauf dieser Fristen werden die Daten gelöscht, sofern keine weiteren gesetzlichen Aufbewahrungspflichten bestehen.


10. Weitergabe und Auftragsverarbeitung

MokronosLab gibt Daten nicht an Dritte zur anderweitigen Nutzung weiter.
Kandidaten: Weitergabe an Kunden nur zum Zweck der Kooperation und erfolgreichen Rekrutierung.
Auftragsverarbeiter: nur nach Geheimhaltungsvereinbarung und DSGVO-konformer Beauftragung.
Cloud-Dienste: Google Cloud, Microsoft, AWS – höchste Sicherheitsstandards, ggf. außerhalb EWR.

The following privacy policy serves to set out the principles on which MokronosLab sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Mokronos Górny (hereinafter jointly "MokronosLab" or "the Company") processes personal data.

1. What is personal data and what does its processing mean?

Personal data means information about an identified or identifiable natural person. The processing of personal data is in principle any activity on personal data, regardless of whether it is carried out by automated means or not, e.g. collection, storage, recording, ordering, modification, viewing, use, sharing, restriction, deletion or destruction. MokronosLab processes personal data for various purposes, whereby, depending on the purpose, different methods of collection, legal bases for processing, use, disclosure, and retention periods may apply.

2. When does this Privacy Policy apply?

This Privacy Policy applies in all cases where MokronosLab is the controller of personal data and processes personal data. This includes both cases where MokronosLab receives personal data directly from the data subject and cases where it receives personal data from other sources. MokronosLab fulfills its information obligations in both cases.

3. Who is the data controller?

The data controller within the meaning of the GDPR, in relation to personal data, is: MokronosLab sp. z o. o. (KRS no. 0000996894), based at al. Jodłowa 20, 55-080 Mokronos Górny, Poland. Being a data controller means that MokronosLab independently determines the purposes and means of processing personal data. MokronosLab has not appointed a data protection officer, as there is no legal obligation to do so under Art. 37 GDPR. 4. Compliance with the law, transparency

MokronosLab processes personal data in accordance with the law, complying with the provisions of Regulation (EU) of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as GDPR), as well as the Act of 10 May 2018 on the protection of personal data and its implementing provisions. In order to ensure the transparency of personal data, MokronosLab informs individuals about the rules for the processing of personal data relating to them.

5. Security

To protect personal data, MokronosLab employs appropriate safeguards and technical measures, in particular:

  • protection against unlawful processing of personal data;
  • securing personal data against access by unauthorized persons;
  • protection of personal data against loss (ensuring data integrity);
  • granting access to personal databases only to authorized persons and only to the extent necessary to ensure the proper operation of the company and compliance with data protection regulations.



6. Purposes of data processing of particular categories of persons

MokronosLab processes personal data in order to maintain and develop the Company's operations. MokronosLab may process personal data:

  • Employees and associates - in order to perform contracts concluded with them, conduct the Company's operations, including offering services to clients, as well as to fulfill legal obligations.
  • Candidates in recruitment processes - in order to attract employees and associates and offer services to clients.
  • Customers, their representatives and staff - in order to perform contracts concluded with customers.
  • Potential clients, their representatives - in order to conclude contracts, propose services provided by MokronosLab.
  • Participants of organized events - in order to provide opportunities to conduct events such as trainings, lectures, congresses, etc.
  • Persons contacting MokronosLab - in order to maintain the possibility of contacting such persons.
  • Users of MokronosLab websites (using cookies) - to improve and customize the content made available to these users.
  • Persons reporting an irregularity or abuse, called whistleblowers - in order to analyze the situation described in the report, take appropriate steps and respond to the report.



7. Scope and legal basis for the processing of personal data of individual categories of persons, retention period

7a. Personal data of employees and associates MokronosLab processes personal data of employees and associates in order to implement binding contracts with these persons, pursue the legitimate interests of the controller, and fulfill legal obligations. Detailed information on the processing of MokronosLab personnel's personal data is available in the internal storage of MokronosLab.

7b. Personal data of candidates in recruitment processes MokronosLab processes personal data of candidates in recruitment processes in order to establish cooperation with these persons and to present them to clients and potential clients. The processing, including sharing with clients and potential clients, is based on the candidate's consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Processed data includes name, surname, address, contact details, education, career history, professional skills, and other information from CVs or documents. Providing this data is voluntary. Data is retained for up to 6 months after the end of the recruitment process, unless the candidate has explicitly agreed to longer storage.

7c. Personal data of customers, their representatives, and staff MokronosLab processes personal data of natural customers, their representatives, and staff to perform contracts concluded with customers (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and based on legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Processed data includes name, contact details, and data regarding participation in cooperation with MokronosLab. Data is retained during the period of cooperation and for the statutory limitation period of possible claims.

7d. Personal data of potential customers and their representatives MokronosLab processes personal data of potential customers and their representatives in order to conclude contracts and offer services. Processed data includes name and contact details. Legal basis: contract execution upon request of the data subject (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) or consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Data is retained until consent is withdrawn or until the end of contract negotiations.

7e. Personal data of event participants MokronosLab processes data of participants in external events (trainings, competitions, congresses, etc.). Legal basis: consent of the data subject (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Processed data includes name, contact details, and any other event-related information. Data is retained until consent is withdrawn or until the end of the event, including the limitation period for any claims.

7f. Personal data of contact persons MokronosLab processes data of persons who contact the company via contact forms, e-mail, or other correspondence. Legal basis: consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) or legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) for legal defense. Data is retained until consent is withdrawn or until the expiration of statutory retention periods.

7g. Personal data of whistleblowers MokronosLab processes personal data of persons reporting violations or irregularities in order to analyze the situation, take appropriate measures, and respond to the report. Processed data includes email, phone number, title, description of the report, and other submitted information. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(c) GDPR and the whistleblower protection law. Data is retained according to statutory requirements or until the expiration of limitation periods. Access is limited to the Compliance & Cybersecurity Manager, Head of HR, and mailbox administrators (technical access only, no content review).

7h. Personal data submitted via contact form Data submitted through the contact form on this website is processed and stored directly by MokronosLab on servers of the hosting provider [Hostido], which provides only infrastructure. Purpose of processing: receiving and responding to inquiries. Legal basis: consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) by ticking the checkbox before submission. Data is retained until the purpose is fulfilled or upon request for deletion. Access is restricted to authorized persons within MokronosLab. Data subjects may exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion, restriction, or withdrawal of consent at any time via hello@shorelion.com .

8. Information obligations

MokronosLab fulfills its information obligations both when personal data is obtained directly from data subjects and when it is obtained from other sources. Direct collection: Information is provided at the time of data collection. Indirect collection: Information is provided without undue delay, at the latest within one month of obtaining the personal data.

9. Rights of data subjects

Data subjects have the right to: Access and correct their personal data; Delete personal data (except where required by tax or other legal obligations); Restrict processing; Object for reasons arising from their particular situation; Data portability. These rights are exercised by e-mail to the address indicated in point 3 of this Privacy Policy. MokronosLab does not share the processed personal data with other entities for use for other purposes of these entities not related to cooperation with MokronosLab. For candidates, MokronosLab may share their personal data with clients and potential clients. The provision of the candidate's personal data is always subject to the possibility of their use only for the purpose of establishing cooperation between MokronosLab and the client resulting in the successful completion of the recruitment process in which the candidate participates. MokronosLab entrusts the processed personal data to entities acting on its behalf only after obliging these entities to maintain their confidentiality and after properly entrusting the processing of these data in accordance with the GDPR. When processing personal data, MokronosLab uses cloud services offered by service providers that meet the highest requirements for the security of personal data processing. As part of the provision of cloud services, personal data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers are made only on the basis of the EU standard contractual clauses (Art. 46 GDPR) or other appropriate safeguards. 2. Kiedy obowiązuje niniejsza Polityka Prywatności?

Niniejsza Polityka Prywatności obowiązuje we wszystkich przypadkach, gdy MokronosLab jest administratorem danych osobowych i przetwarza dane osobowe. Obejmuje to zarówno sytuacje, w których MokronosLab otrzymuje dane osobowe bezpośrednio od osoby, której dane dotyczą, jak i sytuacje, w których dane osobowe pochodzą z innych źródeł. MokronosLab w obu przypadkach wypełnia swoje obowiązki informacyjne.

3. Kto jest administratorem danych?

Administratorem danych osobowych w rozumieniu RODO jest: MokronosLab sp. z o.o. (KRS nr 0000996894), z siedzibą przy al. Jodłowa 20, 55-080 Mokronos Górny, Polska. Bycie administratorem danych oznacza, że MokronosLab samodzielnie określa cele i środki przetwarzania danych osobowych. MokronosLab nie powołał inspektora ochrony danych, ponieważ nie istnieje taka ustawowa obowiązek na mocy art. 37 RODO. 4. Zgodność z prawem i przejrzystość

MokronosLab przetwarza dane osobowe zgodnie z prawem, przestrzegając przepisów Rozporządzenia (UE) Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady z dnia 27 kwietnia 2016 r. w sprawie ochrony osób fizycznych w związku z przetwarzaniem danych osobowych oraz w sprawie swobodnego przepływu takich danych, uchylającego dyrektywę 95/46/WE (zwanego dalej „RODO”), a także ustawy z dnia 10 maja 2018 r. o ochronie danych osobowych oraz przepisów wykonawczych do niej. W celu zapewnienia przejrzystości przetwarzania danych osobowych, MokronosLab informuje osoby, których dane dotyczą, o zasadach przetwarzania ich danych osobowych.

5. Bezpieczeństwo

W celu ochrony danych osobowych, MokronosLab stosuje odpowiednie zabezpieczenia i środki techniczne, w szczególności:

  • ochrona przed niezgodnym z prawem przetwarzaniem danych osobowych;
  • zabezpieczenie danych osobowych przed dostępem osób nieupoważnionych;
  • ochrona danych osobowych przed utratą (zapewnienie integralności danych);

MokronosLab przetwarza dane osobowe w celu utrzymania i rozwoju działalności firmy. MokronosLab może przetwarzać dane osobowe:

  • Pracownicy i współpracownicy – w celu realizacji zawartych z nimi umów, prowadzenia działalności firmy, w tym świadczenia usług dla klientów, a także w celu wypełnienia obowiązków prawnych.
  • Kandydaci w procesach rekrutacyjnych – w celu pozyskania pracowników i współpracowników oraz oferowania usług klientom.
  • Klienci, ich przedstawiciele i pracownicy – w celu realizacji umów zawartych z klientami.
  • Potencjalni klienci, ich przedstawiciele – w celu zawarcia umów oraz oferowania usług świadczonych przez MokronosLab.
  • Uczestnicy organizowanych wydarzeń – w celu umożliwienia przeprowadzenia wydarzeń takich jak szkolenia, wykłady, kongresy itp.
  • Osoby kontaktujące się z MokronosLab – w celu utrzymania możliwości kontaktu z tymi osobami.
  • Użytkownicy stron internetowych MokronosLab (korzystający z plików cookies) – w celu ulepszania i dostosowywania udostępnianych treści.
  • Osoby zgłaszające nieprawidłowości lub nadużycia, tzw. whistleblowerzy – w celu analizy sytuacji opisanej w zgłoszeniu, podjęcia odpowiednich działań i udzielenia odpowiedzi na zgłoszenie.



7. Zakres i podstawa prawna przetwarzania danych osobowych poszczególnych kategorii osób, okres przechowywania

7a. Dane osobowe pracowników i współpracowników MokronosLab przetwarza dane osobowe pracowników i współpracowników w celu realizacji zawartych z nimi wiążących umów, realizacji uzasadnionych interesów administratora oraz wypełnienia obowiązków prawnych. Szczegółowe informacje na temat przetwarzania danych osobowych personelu MokronosLab są dostępne w wewnętrznym magazynie danych MokronosLab.

7b. Dane osobowe kandydatów w procesach rekrutacyjnych MokronosLab przetwarza dane osobowe kandydatów w procesach rekrutacyjnych w celu nawiązania współpracy z tymi osobami oraz przedstawienia ich klientom i potencjalnym klientom. Przetwarzanie, w tym udostępnianie klientom i potencjalnym klientom, odbywa się na podstawie zgody kandydata (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a RODO). Przetwarzane dane obejmują imię, nazwisko, adres, dane kontaktowe, wykształcenie, przebieg kariery zawodowej, kompetencje zawodowe oraz inne informacje zawarte w CV lub dokumentach. Podanie tych danych jest dobrowolne. Dane są przechowywane do 6 miesięcy po zakończeniu procesu rekrutacyjnego, chyba że kandydat wyraźnie zgodził się na dłuższe przechowywanie.

Dane osobowe klientów, ich przedstawicieli i pracowników MokronosLab przetwarza dane osobowe klientów będących osobami fizycznymi, ich przedstawicieli oraz pracowników w celu realizacji umów zawartych z klientami (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b RODO) oraz na podstawie uzasadnionego interesu (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO). Przetwarzane dane obejmują imię i nazwisko, dane kontaktowe oraz dane dotyczące udziału we współpracy z MokronosLab. Dane są przechowywane w trakcie współpracy oraz przez okres przedawnienia ewentualnych roszczeń.

7d. Dane osobowe potencjalnych klientów i ich przedstawicieli MokronosLab przetwarza dane osobowe potencjalnych klientów i ich przedstawicieli w celu zawarcia umów oraz oferowania usług. Przetwarzane dane obejmują imię i nazwisko oraz dane kontaktowe. Podstawa prawna: realizacja umowy na żądanie osoby, której dane dotyczą (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b RODO) lub zgoda (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a RODO). Dane są przechowywane do czasu wycofania zgody lub zakończenia negocjacji umowy.

7e. Dane osobowe uczestników wydarzeń MokronosLab przetwarza dane uczestników wydarzeń zewnętrznych (szkoleń, konkursów, kongresów itp.). Podstawa prawna: zgoda osoby, której dane dotyczą (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a RODO). Przetwarzane dane obejmują imię i nazwisko, dane kontaktowe oraz wszelkie inne informacje związane z wydarzeniem. Dane są przechowywane do czasu wycofania zgody lub zakończenia wydarzenia, w tym do okresu przedawnienia ewentualnych roszczeń.

7f. Dane osobowe osób kontaktujących się MokronosLab przetwarza dane osób kontaktujących się z firmą za pośrednictwem formularzy kontaktowych, e-maila lub innej korespondencji. Podstawa prawna: zgoda (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a RODO) lub uzasadniony interes (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO) w zakresie obrony prawnej. Dane są przechowywane do czasu wycofania zgody lub do upływu ustawowych okresów przechowywania.

7g. Dane osobowe whistleblowerów MokronosLab przetwarza dane osobowe osób zgłaszających naruszenia lub nieprawidłowości w celu analizy sytuacji, podjęcia odpowiednich działań oraz udzielenia odpowiedzi na zgłoszenie. Przetwarzane dane obejmują adres e-mail, numer telefonu, tytuł, opis zgłoszenia oraz inne przekazane informacje. Podstawa prawna: art. 6 ust. 1 lit. c RODO oraz przepisy o ochronie whistleblowerów. Dane są przechowywane zgodnie z wymogami prawnymi lub do upływu okresów przedawnienia. Dostęp mają tylko: Compliance & Cybersecurity Manager, Kierownik HR oraz administratorzy skrzynki (tylko dostęp techniczny, bez podglądu treści).

7h. Dane osobowe przesyłane za pomocą formularza kontaktowego Dane przesyłane za pomocą formularza kontaktowego na tej stronie są przetwarzane i przechowywane bezpośrednio przez MokronosLab na serwerach dostawcy hostingu [Hostido], który zapewnia jedynie infrastrukturę. Cel przetwarzania: odbiór i udzielanie odpowiedzi na zapytania. Podstawa prawna: zgoda (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a RODO) poprzez zaznaczenie pola przed wysłaniem formularza. Dane są przechowywane do czasu realizacji celu lub na żądanie o ich usunięcie. Dostęp mają wyłącznie osoby upoważnione w MokronosLab. Osoby, których dane dotyczą, mogą w każdej chwili wykonywać swoje prawa dostępu, sprostowania, usunięcia, ograniczenia przetwarzania lub wycofania zgody poprzez hello@shorelion.com.

8. Obowiązki informacyjne

MokronosLab wypełnia obowiązki informacyjne zarówno wtedy, gdy dane osobowe są pozyskiwane bezpośrednio od osób, których dotyczą, jak i wtedy, gdy są pozyskiwane z innych źródeł.

Bezpośrednie pozyskanie: informacje są przekazywane w momencie zbierania danych.

Pośrednie pozyskanie: informacje są przekazywane niezwłocznie, nie później niż w ciągu miesiąca od uzyskania danych osobowych.

9. Prawa osób, których dane dotyczą

Osoby, których dane dotyczą, mają prawo do:

- dostępu do swoich danych osobowych i ich sprostowania;
- usunięcia danych osobowych (z wyjątkiem sytuacji, gdy przepisy podatkowe lub inne przepisy prawa nakładają obowiązek ich przechowywania);
- ograniczenia przetwarzania;
- sprzeciwu z powodów związanych z ich szczególną sytuacją;
- przenoszenia danych.

Prawa te są wykonywane poprzez wysłanie wiadomości e-mail na adres podany w punkcie 3 niniejszej Polityki Prywatności.

Dodatkowo osoby, których dane dotyczą, mają prawo złożyć skargę do właściwego organu nadzorczego w Niemczech:

Po upływie tych okresów dane są usuwane, chyba że obowiązują inne ustawowe obowiązki przechowywania.

10. Udostępnianie danych, powierzenie przetwarzania danych osobowych

MokronosLab nie udostępnia przetwarzanych danych osobowych innym podmiotom w celu wykorzystania ich do celów niezwiązanych ze współpracą z MokronosLab.

W przypadku kandydatów, MokronosLab może udostępniać ich dane osobowe klientom i potencjalnym klientom. Udostępnienie danych osobowych kandydata zawsze odbywa się wyłącznie w celu nawiązania współpracy między MokronosLab a klientem, prowadzącej do pomyślnego zakończenia procesu rekrutacyjnego, w którym kandydat bierze udział.

MokronosLab powierza przetwarzane dane osobowe podmiotom działającym w jego imieniu wyłącznie po zobowiązaniu tych podmiotów do zachowania poufności oraz po prawidłowym powierzeniu przetwarzania tych danych zgodnie z wymogami RODO.

Podczas przetwarzania danych osobowych MokronosLab korzysta z usług chmurowych oferowanych przez dostawców, którzy spełniają najwyższe wymagania dotyczące bezpieczeństwa przetwarzania danych osobowych. W ramach korzystania z usług chmurowych dane osobowe mogą być przekazywane poza Europejski Obszar Gospodarczy.

Takie przekazywanie odbywa się wyłącznie na podstawie standardowych klauzul umownych UE (art. 46 RODO) lub innych odpowiednich zabezpieczeń.
